Sigma Beauty

Ladies!! Let me tell you the one makeup brush that has gotten me into Sigma was the Flat Kabuki Brush F80, inspired by my favorite Korean Beauty Youtuber From Head To Toe. I have been using this brush for more than five years and it has been the most useful and favorite brush I own. The quality is super and it is still going even after many years of hand washing weekly and every day use.

  Flat Kabuki Brush F80

I’ve used this Flat Kabuki F80 brush for a variety types of make-up such as BB Cream, Cushion Foundation Powder, and just mineral powder. It has worked wonderfully for each type. Currently, I’m trying to cut down on foundation and mainly use this brush for the mineral powder and it has worked perfectly for me. I surely believe that you will find great use with this brush! I love how much makeup it can grab and blends onto the skin. Normally I’m fighting trying to get as much powder onto brushes, but this dense yet fluffy tipped flat kabuki brush grabs powder so easily. The hair bristles has not fallen off and has stayed perfectly in shape, even after so many years of using it! This has lead me to believe that Sigma brushes are great quality from my own experience and has assured me to ordered myself one of their popular essential brush sets. But don’t let me sell you on just the flat kabuki brush, there’s so many other sigma brushes that are just as wonderful!

I was debating between the two brush sets of ‘Best of Sigma Brush Set’ or ‘Make Me Classy Essential Kit’ set. I really wanted to get both, but because I already owned one of the brushes in the Best of Sigma brush set and can only affordably choose one at the time, I decided to go for the Make Me Classy Essential Kit for now and can get the other set later. Plus it has more brushes for me to try! The Make Me Classy Essential set also comes with a matching brush cup holder! If money is no issue, then I say go for Sigma’s Complete Set! That way you’re not buying little sets here and there and worrying about maybe getting some duplicate brushes in future purchases. The Sigma’s Complete Set also comes with a deluxe carrying case.

Let me share with you some of my other favorite brushes from the Sigma Make Me Classy Essential Kit set. As to note, everyone is different, uses makeup differently, and has individual specific needs. I hope my review on these brushes are general enough that can apply to anyone. I use makeup to the minimal, but wears makeup everyday.

E40 – Tapered Blending Brush
F50 – Duo Fibre Brush
F70 – Concealer Brush

My next favorite (not in any order) is the E40 – Tapered Bending Brush. I like to use this for light or shimmery eyeshadow that can sweep onto the whole entire eyelid easily. I’m very surprised to see how much it grabs the shadow and applies onto the skin. I normally have a hard time getting enough amount. This is a good quality eyeshadow brush!

F50 – Duo Fibre Brush – This brush works great for my blush! It’s spaciously fluffy, grabs blush easily and applies on gentle and evenly.

F70 – Concealer Brush – This brush has the same shape of the brush that comes in the Urban Decay Naked eye shadow palettes, but of course with longer lasting quality. I like using the narrow side of the brush with a slightly darker eyeshadow to extend out the corner of my eyes. I gently sweep out the darker shadow with this brush, then apply eyeliner to define my eyes a little more.
